AadharSathi strongly advises borrowers to read and understand this Cancellation & Refund Policy before using any of our services or products.

1. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel any services for any unavoidable reasons, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of entering into the loan agreement. Please send your cancellation request to support@aadharsathi.com.

All cancellations will be governed by the terms of the respective loan agreement and will become effective only upon our written acceptance of the cancellation request.

2. Cooling-Off / Look-Up Period

If a cancellation request is received during the cooling-off or look-up period:

• The customer is required to repay only the principal amount and the applicable Annual Percentage Rate (APR) as disclosed in the Key Fact Statement (KFS) and/or loan agreement.
• No additional charges will be levied during this period.

3. Refunds

Any refunds, if applicable under this policy, will be processed within 7 working days of approval.

Please note:

• Refunds are processed only when valid and applicable under the policy.
• The refund policy is subject to change at AadharSathi’s sole discretion.
• All changes will be posted on the Website and will be effective prospectively.

If you do not agree with the revised refund policy, you must immediately discontinue use of our services and notify us at support@aadharsathi.com. Continued use of services after policy changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

4. Rejection of Instructions

Please note that certain payment instructions or service requests may be refused or cancelled at AadharSathi’s sole discretion, including:

• Incomplete or unverifiable borrower information.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant requests.
• Requests outside permitted regulatory limits.

We may require additional verification before accepting such instructions or completing registration.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Please be informed that any one-time facilitation fee collected by AadharSathi is non-refundable, under any circumstances.
