If you wish to cancel any services for any unavoidable reasons, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of entering into the loan agreement. Please send your cancellation request to support@aadharsathi.com.
All cancellations will be governed by the terms of the respective loan agreement and will become effective only upon our written acceptance of the cancellation request.
If a cancellation request is received during the cooling-off or look-up period:
Any refunds, if applicable under this policy, will be processed within 7 working days of approval.

If you do not agree with the revised refund policy, you must immediately discontinue use of our services and notify us at support@aadharsathi.com. Continued use of services after policy changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Please be informed that any one-time facilitation fee collected by AadharSathi is non-refundable, under any circumstances.
